1. What solution possibilities do the Supernova, Elegance, and Glassline ranges offer for atypical situations?
   With Elegance, only width or height of the glass parts can be adjusted. With Glassline, only width of the fixed parts of the products can be adjusted. With Supernova, almost any kind of adjustment is possible after an agreement between the manufacturer and the customer.
2. What colour variations are available for Supernova and Elegance?
   These products are available in White, Bahama, Pergamon, Ägäis, Manhattan, Anthracite and Metal. Supernova SKCP4-90 quadrant only is additionally available in Satin. Elegance products are also available in Black for no extra charge but can be ordered in Chrome too.
3. How did you solve the problem of sealing Glassline glass parts?
   By developing and using several types of plastic sealing strips.
4. What is the best method for cleaning the guide profile of a Supernova product?
   Degrease it with common detergent (dissolved in water) using a soft brush, wipe dry with a cloth and apply some water-repelling Vaseline to the tracks.
5. How long before the Supernova sliding pieces need replacing?
   It depends on the treatment they get and frequency of use. In public institution such as hotels or public changing rooms they last at least 7 years.
6. Are the plastic sliding pieces and other spares available?
   Yes, you can buy those as spare parts at your RAVAK dealer.
7. Can your products be mounted to gypsum boards as well?
   Yes, they can. Glassline and Elegance products do, however, require stable fixings. This you need to take into account when installing the gypsum boards.
8. Why do the Glassline door models come in „A“ and „B“ dimensions?
   The nominal dimensions of the niche are defined after the tiling is finished. These doors are manufactured to eliminate occasional small building inaccuracies. Glassline „A“ models are suitable for the nominal dimension minus 10 mm. Glassline „B“ models are suitable for the nominal dimension plus 15 mm.
9. How do I know that the ANTICALC layer works?
   How should I maintain it?
   The glass will be clear and transparent. Spray some water on the glass and the water will set into little droplets that can be wiped off very easily. Maintain the Anticalc layer with RAVAK ANTICALC CONDITIONER.
10. What is the maximum loading of the Ravak shower trays?
    Can a heavier load break them?
    The trays fulfil the EN 249 norm. If properly installed according to the instructions, they can’t be broken. Their maximum safe loading is 3000 kg per square meter.
11. How should I clean the outflow siphon of the shower tray?
    Do I have to take the whole shower enclosure apart?
    You can access the waste/dirt trap from above and simply take it out.
12. Do I need to use the supportive „legs“ to install the bathtub?
    Using the supports is a must if you want the 10 years guarantee for your bathtub. You can choose either the supportive „legs“, or the polystyrene support.
13. I have installed the Rosa Bath Screen on my bathtub, but some water still gets out.
    Does the screen work properly?
    Yes, it does. Although the screen does prevent water splashing, it is not 100% leak-proof.
14. Can I buy and install a handle on my bathtub even after the tub has been installed?
    In this case we recommend you to buy a stainless-steel universal handle. You can have it installed by professionals.
